New Addon Request: Dual Boxing: Mirrored Controls

There have been a few times that controls have been unintentionally mirrored/executed in all open instances.  I'm wondering if there is a way to make an addon/plugin that does this intentionally/on-demand, and hoping that someone more capable than I could attempt to do so.  Basically looking at this as a way to potentially speed up Mog Garden dailies but it would have to be something that could be turned on/off.
